Miniscalers are independent providers running the Kilter sovereign cloud platform. Run your apps on Paddington, on your own infrastructure, or on any Miniscaler, and move between them whenever you want. No lock-in, ever.

The sovereign cloud, hosted by us. The reference Miniscaler: fully managed Kilter infrastructure for your agents and applications.

Topology

## Three regions, one sovereign pattern.

Each Paddington region is an independent Miniscaler instance: its own cluster, its own data plane, the same canonical Kilter stack. Your app is pinned to the region you choose, and its data stays there.

ca-central **Canada** The original instance: bare metal, with cloud provisioning as needed. Where paddington.io was born.

eu-west **EU** Hetzner Cloud: EU data residency, GDPR-friendly by design.

us-east **USA** Hetzner Cloud: US data residency for US customers.

No cross-region replication of your data unless you ask for it. Apps move between regions, or off Paddington entirely, to another Miniscaler, an on-prem Kilter install, or your own cluster via `kilter package`. Sovereignty is the topology.
